Customers in the European Union have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order.To exercise this right, you can use the withdrawal button available on our store or contact us by email.For returns due to size, exchange, or defective items, the customer must contact us within 14 days.Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non‑refundable.We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or tag‑less items.
